Milkita, one of the superior products of PT United Family Food (Unifam) won the Bronze WOW Brand Award 2021 in the category of consumer goods candy last weekend (25/3). This award is a testament to the consistency and success of Milkita's customer experience strategy both through online (digital) and offline (activation) through the "Kita Kuat, Kita Sehat" campaign.
Handojo Noegroho, AVP Marketing Unifam said, "I want to thank the Indonesian people for the appreciation of the Milkita brand. Markplus gives WOW Brand awards to brands that are popular and recommended by consumers. Milkita was selected as one of the best brands in Indonesia for the consumer goods candy category based on the Indonesia WOW Brand 2021 survey of respondents in several major cities in Indonesia. WOW Brand is given by Philip Center ASEAN Marketing in collaboration with Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) and Markplus.
Milkita's success in achieving WOW Brand 2021 is inseparable from the innovations made to always exist amid Indonesian society. For example, amid a pandemic, Milkita has expanded its activities and is increasingly active in developing its existence in the digital world. Milkita is not only present through social media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube), but also e-commerce (Amazon, Tokopedia, Shopee).
